Godmanchester July 2016

Today I was back on the Godmanchester Nature Reserve helping out with the Spring Common group.  We cut up and moved a couple of trees that had been blown down and also cleared brambles and nettles that were overgrowing the path around Island Lake.  Wehing had a few newbies having their introduction to the reserve in preparation for joining us properly next academic year.  They were all very enthusiastic as normal!

Saw a number of niceties around the reserve that we pointed out to them as best we could and we generally had a lovely morning.  Its going to be strange having wednesdays mornings back throughout the summer!  Below is a collection of photos from the morning.
